My Services: Logo Design, Letterhead Template Design
Challenge: Customer Service Profiles (Omaha, Nebraska) develops training and Mystery Shopping programs for banks and financial service providers. The goal is to motivate banking customer service reps to become customer service STARS (which stands for Service and Sales, Teamwork, Attitude, Recognition, Success). CSP had designed their own training materials inhouse but banking customer service reps found them to be less than inspiring. CSP hired me to design a logo and document template bursting with fun, optimism and achievement.
Solution: The STARS logo features CSPs existing company logo as the source of bright stars rising on the path to improvement and achievement. Mystery Shoppers (bank customers who anonymously evaluate bank customer service reps) also received program materials just for them. Thus the Shopping for STARS logo. The shopping cart icon represents the customer experience.
Results: Feedback from STARS program participants at CSPs financial and banking clients is very positive. They find reading and using the redesigned training materials to be enjoyable and fun.
