Challenge: My brother John is an outstanding freelance creative marketing copywriter. He came up with his company name and tagline, I came up with the logo design and color scheme. John wanted his logo to convey the ideas of targeted marketing, better words, and have a fresh, unique look.
Solution: The four-pointed star within the circles represents having a targeted direction for marketing a brand. The three smaller stars are angled upward to represent better results. The color scheme uses orange and teal green to convey fresh, unique writing, with black to add a business-like weight, and for clear legibility.
Results: John owes me a lot of favors now. But he’s too busy wordsmithing for a bunch of his own clients, darn it! Oops, I mean... Hooray!
