A small, simple, clean 1 to 5 page website can be up in a few day’s time for a few hundred dollars. Depending on the content (especially number of photos/images requested) a medium-sized website of 10-15 pages can take as little as two weeks to a month. To start, I need 1/2 the project price as a downpayment, with the second 1/2 due on completion and before transfer of any files. If your project is an absolute, drop-everything emergency, my rates will be at a premium.
