My Services: Business Card Design, Letterhead and Envelope Design, Direct Mail/Flier Design, Commercial Printing Management (WispAir’s logo design is credited to Ethan Bondelid of Omaha, Nebraska.)
Challenge: After completing my identity design work for GINCOM, the owners asked me to overhaul the business cards, letterhead, and envelope designs for sister company WispAir. (“Wisp” stands for “Wireless Internet Service Provider”.) The owners felt they needed to convey a “clear, strong signal” with their brand identity as that’s one of the key issues of wireless Internet connectivity. WispAir had been using four different shades of blue which was also a concern.
Design Solution: Plenty of white space in the business card design conveys WispAir’s clean, open, high-tech brand identity. The solid blue color areas, clear organization and typography gives the company a clean, strong signal.
