My Services: Logo Design, Business Card Design, Real Estate Sign Design
Challenge: Good old Kenn Maples took a break from his ultra-hectic schedule (he and his wife owned another company plus run a few National American Miss pageants) to have me come up with a logo for his new real estate company in Kansas City. His key need (har har!) was a cost-efficient design process.
Solution: A new home being built shines brightly in the head of a key. The use of black to the 2 colors adds a nice depth and pop to the logo – perfect for standing out on real estate signs. The black outline also helps create the key shape of the logo. The colors and typography create a bright, friendly, welcoming look and feel.
Results: Logo and business card designs can be developed and finalized in a few hours with the right information from a client as is the case with Key Real Estate. Kenn wasn’t afraid to give me his own “artwork” and let me pillage and loot it to get a great logo design.
