My Services: Logo Design, Business Card Design, Letterhead and Envelope Design
Challenge: First Westroads Bank (Omaha, Nebraska) was building new headquarters a couple miles west of their location of 37 years. No longer would they be in the Westroads area of Omaha, Nebraska. The bank’s leaders wanted to keep the same name but minimize “Westroads” a bit.
Solution: The client wanted a clean, clear, conservative business card design to fit their image. The contact information is laid out to parallel the horizontal logo design.
Results: At the time (May, 2004) the logo design was finalized and applied to business cards and letterhead. I had to keep it under wraps since the new building wouldn’t be ready until Spring of 2005. Well, the building is nearly done and the logo you see here ain’t on it. Hey, that’s life. I have a portfolio piece I’m proud of and FWBank paid me well for my work. But if you drive by their new building, take a look at the logo on it and let me know what you think.
